A message dated May 23, 2012, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act extending the time period for which the Alaska Railroad                                                            
     Corporation may lease land without reserving the right to
